Measure the Change: Impact & M&E Volunteer for the Amal Initiative
The Amal Initiative is a 501(c)(3) non-profit reviving hope for displaced Palestinians. We need an M&E and Impact Reporting Volunteer to track the success of our "Storytelling Skills in English" Fellowship. Help us turn participant journeys into data-driven insights. We are now developing a MEAL framework to comprehensively measure impact over 4 cohorts as well as upcoming ones using baselines, endlines and longitudinal studies. Skills Needed: Background in M&E or data analysis. Ability to pair data with human narratives. Commitment to Palestinian empowerment. Help us prove hope is measurable.

Time commitment: 1-5 hours per week for 4 weeks
