At AlAnqa, we are looking for an organized, passionate, and communicative individual to join our team as an Operations & Community Coordinator. You will be the vital link between our trainers and trainees, ensuring our programs run smoothly for the youth in Gaza. Key Responsibilities: Community Management: Moderating WhatsApp groups and responding to trainee inquiries. Follow-up: Monitoring attendance and encouraging trainees to submit their assignments. Coordination: Organizing session schedules and coordinating between trainers and students. Data Management: Keeping trainee lists updated and documenting program outcomes.
